Small groups of one instructor for every 12 students ensures efficient use of your time while also giving you enough time for purposeful practice.

About Our Name and Logo… The City of Seven Hills
Saint Paul Minnesota is often referred to as the "City of Seven Hills." This nickname is inspired by the city's topography, which features several prominent hills. Our logo includes a heart with the rhythm of a pulse running through it which is the aim of CPR. The seven wavy lines form seven distinct hills. The lines also represent the Mississippi River that winds through but does not divide the beautiful city of Saint Paul. As a Saint Paul based business, our logo is a tribute to the area and is distinctively representative of Saint Paul Minnesota ~ The City of Seven Hills
Below are the seven hills of Saint Paul that are typically recognized:
1. Cathedral Hill: This hill is home to the Cathedral of Saint Paul, one of the most iconic landmarks in the city. The area around the cathedral is known for its historic homes and charming streets.
2. Capitol Hill: As the name suggests, this hill is where the Minnesota State Capitol building is located. It offers a great view of downtown
Saint Paul and the surrounding areas.
3. Ramsey Hill: Named after Alexander Ramsey, the first governor of Minnesota, this hill is known for its dramatic incline, historic mansions
and beautiful architecture.
4. Summit Hill: This hill is famous for Summit Avenue, which is lined with historic mansions and is one of the longest stretches of Victorian
homes in the United States.
5. Crocus Hill: Known as an historic residential neighborhood in Saint Paul known for its beautiful Victorian architecture and proximity to
Grand Avenue.
6. Cherokee Heights: Also referred to as the city’s west side, this hill is part of a larger bluff and connects two parts of Saint Paul across the
Mississippi river with the Smith Avenue High Bridge.
7. Dayton's Bluff: Located to the east of downtown, Dayton's Bluff includes a historic neighborhood, Swede’s Hollow and Indian Mounds Park
which features three distinct burial mounds and beautiful views of the Mississippi River.
Unlike our flatter neighbor to the west (Minneapolis) these hills and others contribute to the unique character and charm of Saint Paul making it a city with a rich history and beautiful landscapes.
